WDPR — Working Dog Performance Registry
Sheepdog trial performance index built to track dogs, trials, and competitive standing over time.
Dog Profiles
Working profiles with WDPR ID, archetype, core trait chart, campaign snapshot, and recorded trial performances. Eventual support for genetic health testing and structural imaging
Trial Performance Total
TPT v1 tracks competitive performance across recognized trials using placement, tier weighting, and division-specific caps.
Archetypes
WDPR profiles include computed archetypes and core trait values to describe how a dog tends to work, not just what it has won.
WDPR Is
- A structured record of sheepdog trial participation and performance
- A public-facing profile system for working dogs
- An experimental performance index intended to add context, not replace judgment
WDPR Is Not
- Not a sanctioning body
- Not a pedigree registry
- Not a claim that registration alone implies merit
Current Scope
WDPR is currently focused on a private early preview of dog profiles, trial records, archetypes, and leaderboard logic. This is an active build and the scoring model will continue to evolve.
Proprietary Frameworks
TPT™ (Trial Performance Total) and CTC™ (Core Trait Chart) are proprietary WDPR evaluation frameworks developed for the Working Dog Performance Registry. They are published for interpretation and use within WDPR and may continue to evolve as the registry develops.
